Principal investigators James S. Hagood, MD, and Richard C. Boucher, MD, at the UNC School of Medicine, will lead a multinational, $3.5-million project funded through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to map crucial cellular roles in human health and disease. Other Marsico Lung Institute researchers in the project are Michelle Hernandez, MD, Scott H. Randell, PhD, and Adam J. Kimple, MD, PhD.
