In early September 2025, UNC Department of Ophthalmology was pleased to open the doors of UNC Health Eye Care at Cary, the department’s newest central North Carolina location offering comprehensive and subspecialty eye care services. Our team of comprehensive eye care and subspecialty physicians at UNC Health’s newest outpatient eye care clinic uses cutting-edge technologies and evidence-based approaches to screen for, diagnose and treat complex ocular conditions, as well as optometry-focused visual correction.

For appointments, call 984-974-2020.  UNC Health’s newest clinic works with both primary care providers (PCPs) and community eye care practices to help patients understand the best options for your care.
