Research
Research is an important part of the function of our institution. Several studies involving cochlear implantation are currently under way at the Department of Otolaryngology of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Multiple research groups are working on various aspects of cochlear implantion. Our research is internationally known and well respected.
