Junior Faculty Development
Are you interested in getting involved in research? One of our primary goals at the CRI is to serve as a gateway for junior faculty, to provide guidance and to leverage resources into results, regardless of your experience with research. We have listed a few resources below, but you are invited to contact us by email to discuss your needs in detail. We’d love to hear from you and discuss your ideas!
Individual Development Plan
We offer an Individual Development Plan to all fellows and junior faculty interested in research. We are available to discuss IDPs as needed. To access our IDP, please click here.
Writing a K First-Time R Program
Research training opportunities are provided for Early Career Faculty through the CRI’s Writing a K First-Time R Program. This program provides support to early career investigators who are submitting a K or their first R and an internal review process for applicants. Together with the CRI Scientific or Associate Scientific Director, the applicant identifies a review committee to conduct a mock grant review of the aims page, and later to provide comments on the full application.
