Yes, UNC Health services are available with or without medical insurance. However, we strongly encourage everyone to have medical insurance. If not through an employer, through the marketplace at healthcare.gov UNC does offer a financial assistance program.

You can update your information in your My UNC Chart through the app or website. If you do not have a UNC My Chart account, please call your clinic and they will assist you in updating your information. Please try not to wait until your next appointment to update your insurance.
