Ronit Freeman, PhD, M. Gregory Forest, PhD, and R. Balfour Sartor, MD, all members of the Marsico Lung Institute, are among several finalists selected for the 2023-2024 Creativity Hubs. According to the announcement, “Creativity Hubs awardees receive proposal development assistance from the Office of Research Development to pursue large-scale, follow-on awards that build from the program’s funding.” Drs. Freeman, Forest, and Sartor are part of a larger Creativity Hub team working on a project called “ALTER – Autonomous Living Therapies for Extended Results.” They and the other finalists will advance to the next round of Creativity Hubs funding.
