Polly Kanoy, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about patient-centered, compassionate care. She became an FNP because she values listening to patients, supporting them in making informed decisions, and creating care plans that align with their goals. Guided by the belief that effective care should address the whole person, she strives to ease anxieties and focus on what truly matters to each individual. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, knitting, listening to records, reading, and finding joy in learning new things.
