Chelsea Simmons, DNP, FNP-BC is the primary clinical coordinator for the UNC Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Clinic. She cares for patients in our multidisciplinary clinic and coordinates post-clinic recommendations and plans. She is also available for urgent visits and issues affecting patients within our cohort.
