About

Cole graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2024 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience. As an undergraduate, he worked with Dr. Sklerov on research exploring transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in Parkinson’s disease. Following graduation, Cole joined the Department of Anesthesiology at Duke University, where he supported a range of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies. In April 2025, Cole joined the Neurology Clinical Trials Unit (NCTU) as a research coordinator, where he continues to collaborate with Dr. Sklerov on studies focused on Parkinson’s disease. Cole is also pursuing his Master of Social Work (MSW) at UNC-Chapel Hill and is committed to becoming a mental health care professional. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and his animals, being in nature, and watching movies.
