One fellowship position is available for the 2026–2027 academic year. For the 2027–2028 recruitment cycle, applications will be accepted beginning September 1, with interviews starting on January 14.

Original, official medical school transcript, sent directly from the school
USMLE board scores
Three (3) letters of recommendation – Mail LORs directly to UNC MSK Imaging Fellowship Director. (one LOR from Residency Program Director is required)
Personal statement
Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate, if your medical degree is from a non-US, non-Canadian school
