SPO Proposal Submission Schedule – Winter Break
School of Medicine Colleagues:
The University will be closed December 24, 2019 – January 1, 2020 for the Winter Break therefore, the Sponsored Programs Office (SPO) will not be available to review/submit proposals during this time.
Considering the approaching Winter Break, please be mindful of the standard operating procedure for routing proposals in RAMSeS five (5) business days prior to the sponsor deadline, excluding weekends/holidays.
We ask that you email the Sponsored Programs Office if you have a situation preventing the timely proposal routing and someone from the SPO Team will work with you. This will help our office manage the proposal workload around the University closure.
