Biography

Ersan Altun, MD, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology in the Abdominal Imaging Division at UNC. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. He then went on to complete his Abdominal Fellowship and Research training at UNC in Chapel Hill. He became a doctor because he always wanted to help people and work on medical and scientific principles and data.
