Applicants must have an MD degree or equivalent and successfully completed an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency training program prior to the beginning of the fellowship year. A complete list of required application material is listed below. The Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship Match is facilitated through the San Francisco Match (www.sfmatch.org).

- Complete Standard OB Fellowship Application
- Official copy of medical school transcript should be sent directly from your medical school Dean’s office
- 3 letters of reference (one must be from your anesthesiology residency training program director)
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Personal statement
- A copy of all test scores (USMLE/COMPLEX)
- A copy of all ITE scores
