The BCBP Postdoc Committee held its second meeting on June 22, 2022.

Departmental postdocs got together and discussed the implementation of annual reviews for postdocs and gave feedback on the new BCBP postdoc webpage. The committee made plans for future work on increasing departmental support for international postdocs and creating a guide for forming a postdoc mentoring committee.
They also celebrated the election of Dr. Ajit Prakash as committee Vice-Chair and planned for a few social events over the summer.
