Carolyn M Clabo our staff member has been recognized for reaching 10 years of state service.


Ms. Carolyn Marie Clabo joined the office in 2015, bringing her communication management expertise to support Nobel Laureate Aziz Sancar, M.D., Ph.D. She assumed responsibility for all digital communications and development management within our research department in 2017. Her efforts revitalized our website and social media, improving our online visibility and engagement. With her regular digital updates, she boosted our SEO, attracting more students, employees, and visitors, and in addition, strengthened our brand reputation. Congratulations to Carolyn!


The State Service Recognition program recognizes employee service at five-year intervals.

The University recognizes and expresses appreciation for the long-term service of faculty and staff (SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty), both full-time and part-time (regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours each week) from across the University.

  • The program recognizes employee service at five-year intervals.
  • Eligibility for all service years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60) is determined by an employee’s Total State Service Date (TSSD).
  • Eligibility reports are run according to the calendar year – Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.
