Introduce yourself. Hi! I’m Steven, a new postdoc in Chrystal Starbird’s lab. I’m excited to be back in North Carolina and to train more in biochemistry and biophysics.
Where are you joining us from? I’m originally from Lillington, NC but joined the department shortly after finishing postdoctoral training at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, New York.
What is your research specialty? My research specialty is molecular virology with additional expertise in immunology.
What are your personal hobbies or interests? Outside of lab, I am an avid music listener and vinyl collector, appreciator of flowers, and an iced chai latte enthusiast.
