The Campaign for Carolina has showcased the Virtual Lung Project for its innovation in combating respiratory diseases. Scientists and researchers in applied mathematics, chemistry, physics, biochemistry and biophysics have come together with the long-term goal of permanent treatment of COPD and other chronic lung conditions.
