Drs. Tricia Factora and Amanda Crooks presented at the 8th annual UNC Heart Brain Connection Conference on Friday November 22, 2024. The conference is hosted by the UNC Health Care Stroke and Chest Pain Centers to connect with UNC emergency medical personnel.
Dr. Factora
Dr. Factora is a 3rd year Neurology resident at UNC Chapel Hill. She recently completed the Penry mini Epilepsy fellowship and will be pursuing a 2 year Epilepsy fellowship following completion of residency with special interests in surgical management of Epilepsy in an academic setting.
Dr. Crooks
Dr. Crooks is a neurology chief resident at UNC Chapel Hill and will be presented an overview of intracranial hemorrhage. Dr. Crooks completed her undergraduate studies in biology at UNC Charlotte, her undergraduate medical education at UNC Chapel Hill, and will be completing fellowship training in vascular neurology at UNC next year.
