The Department would like to congratulate Michele Clark, Administrative Support Specialist, for her selection as UNC Radiology’s 2019 Outstanding Performance Award recipient. In 2018, the Department established the Outstanding Performance Award program to annually reward work performance excellence in a Department staff member who consistently goes beyond the call of duty and displays a positive attitude, collegiality, flexibility, teamwork, and outstanding customer service. 
UNC Radiology Associate Chair for Administration (ACA) Dan Boughton noted: “Our Department’s day-to-day administrative operations would not be the same without Michele. She exudes all that her co-workers described in nominating her for this award – ‘always smiling and positive … a stalwart contributor to the Radiology team over many years … goes above and beyond for our learners and faculty … treasure trove of contacts.’ Michele is a great asset to the Department and we are grateful she has invested so much of herself over the past 15+ years.”
