Antibiotic susceptibility testing for the antibiotic tobramycin (TOB) against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the sputum of a person with CF. The minimum inhibitory concentration of antibiotic is used both clinically and in research to understand how bacterial isolates will respond the antibiotic therapy.
