The BCBP Environmental Task Force (ETF) held a department-wide event outside the Genetic Medicine Building on Friday, April 22, 2022, to celebrate all the progress towards environmental sustainability that we have made as a department over this past year.

Biochemistry and Biophysics celebrated Earth Day 2022 with pizza, free t-shirts, and updates on the lawn.

ETF members were happy to announce that more than 50% of the BCBP labs have participated in the initial round of Green lab assessments.

Thank you to all the BCBP labs who participated and more labs are welcomed to get on board!
