The Department of Biochemistry & Biophysics has move to the new Genetic Medicine Building.
Our department has moved into the new Genetic Medicine building. At over 330,000 square feet, it is one of the largest research facilities on campus. The seven-story state-of-the-art structure will contain five laboratory floors and house researchers from UNC School of Pharmacy and three UNC School of Medicine departments: Biochemistry & Biophysics, Genetics, and Pharmacology. Our department is the first to move into the new facility.
