Peer Coaching
The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is offering virtual peer coaching to all School of Medicine faculty at any rank. Faculty interested in participating should contact Morgan Resnick-Kahle at morgan_resnick-kahle@med.unc.edu. Eligible faculty will have a challenge or goal they want to move forward in the next few months. The coaching sessions will be conducted with School of Medicine leaders who are completing an internal coach training practicum.
Executive Coaching
The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is also offering virtual executive coaching to School of Medicine faculty who serve in a designated leadership role such as Chair, Division Chief, etc. Faculty interested in participating should contact Morgan Resnick-Kahle at morgan_resnick-kahle@med.unc.edu. The coaching will focus on selected challenges and goals. The coaching sessions will be conducted with School of Medicine Executive Leadership Coach, Dr. Stephen Bogdewic.
