The University Office for Diversity & Inclusion is excited to announce the launch of the Carolina Dialogue Across Difference Program (CDADP), a three-level Certificate Program that supports faculty and staff in developing the skills they need to facilitate difficult conversations in their communities. CDADP is open to all faculty & staff at UNC who want to develop their skills as a facilitator and learn more about Intergroup Dialogue (IGD).
