Dear SOM Teammates, (Internal news: we have a goal of 90% participation rate.)
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to take a few minutes and complete the 2021 Workforce Engagement Survey (WES). This year, the SOM is participating in the WES for the first time and we need your feedback! Teammates who have not yet responded to the survey should have received a reminder email yesterday from “Press Ganey on behalf of UNC Health” with a unique link to the confidential survey open now through June 29.
Your feedback is important to us and helps ensure that we provide the best work experience for you. Your opinions matter; we want to know how we’re doing as your employer. Past Workforce Engagement Surveys have led to enhanced training offerings, expanded communications and feedback opportunities, and increased teammate involvement opportunities.
Last Friday, our Touchpoint 20 hosted Ingrid Jones who shared more information about the WES and answered our questions. I received feedback that this information was helpful, so I want to share the link to the recording if you have additional questions.
