The 2023 Strategic Planning Retreat followed the all-department Town Halls and Listening Sessions facilitated by Dr. Cam Enarson that started in December. The retreat was held over two half days on May 5 and May 9 at the TheStory venue. Participants developed action items for implementation based on broad input from all stakeholders. The final report will be distributed this summer.
