Thanh Thanh Nguyen Phan successfully defended her dissertation titled, “Design, characterization and immunogenicity of soluble Envelope proteins from Dengue viruses as subunit vaccines” on March 29, 2024, in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics under the direction of Dr. Brian Kuhlman.
Thanh served on the BCBP Equity & Inclusion Committee where she generously dedicated hours of her time in helping to organize the BCBP Inclusive Gatherings, which were designed to share cultures and strengthen connections within the department. Thanh also served on the Environmental Task Force committee.
