Congratulations to Jean Marie Mwiza, a graduate research assistant in Dr. Bergmeier’s Lab. He was awarded the Ruth L. Kirschstein Predoctoral Fellowship (NIH F31 grant) for his research proposal “Determining the Platelet Signaling Pathway(s) Critical in Venous Thrombosis Pathogenesis.”
Mr. Mwiza is a pathology graduate student who is jointly supervised by Alisa Wolberg in Pathology and Wolfgang Bergmeier in Biochemistry and Biophysics.
