Dr. Ramos, our department’s diversity liaison, spoke to the faculty about current events and anti-racism. She shared what we can all do to get involved. Silvia presented “A prefect Storm, Chance to shift the strategic landscape?” a 10 part slide deck that included our political climate, current events, and exciting news highlights from our department. Dr. Ramos and Dr. Strahl, our interim chair, encourages each person to do their part to create an inclusive climate for each other and our trainees.
