UNC has become a leading center for RNA research, with laboratories studying the form, function, and clinical applications of RNA at virtually all biological scales. Caitlin Johnson earned her certificate in Biophysics and her PhD in Biological Chemistry. Her advisor was Dorothy Erie. She is doing a postdoctoral fellow at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, CO. Congratulations to Dr. Johnson!
