As a neurocritical care physician, I treat patients with life-threatening diseases of the brain and spine. These are often the most terrifying experience for patients and their families and I am there to guide and support, while providing compassionate and high-quality critical care to their loved ones. As an educator, my mission is to foster and build communication skills for physicians in training and improve patient-centered shared decision-making.
