UNC Hospitals Neurosurgery Clinic: If this is your first appointment, please ask your primary care physician or specialist to submit a referral request to us (see below). To speak with our scheduler, please call 984-974-4175.

UNC Hospitals Spine Center: If you would like to make an appointment at the Spine Center, please call (984) 974-4200. Referrals are not required. Directions and parking.

Pediatric Neurosurgery Appointments:

To schedule an appointment, please call 984-974-4175. For all pediatric patients, appointments can be made within a week at any of our pediatric neurosurgery clinics. Patients with more urgent health concerns can be seen same day or next day by one of our pediatric neurosurgeons, or by one of our nurse practitioners.

If this is your child’s first appointment at a UNC Pediatric Neurosurgery clinic, please ask your pediatrician or specialist to submit a Pediatric Neurosurgery New Patient Referral Form to us using the contact information below. Once we receive the referral form, you can expect a phone call from our schedulers within two to three business days to schedule your first appointment.

We offer daily pediatric neurosurgery clinics in Chapel Hill, and monthly clinics in Raleigh and Wilmington.
