Casey Olm-Shipman, MD, MS

UNC Neurology is please to announce the promotion of Dr. Casey Olm-Shipman from Clinical Assistant Profess to Clinical Associate Professor based on excellence in clinical activity. Dr. Olm-Shipman currently serves as Neurology Vice Chair of Quality Improvement, Interim Leader of UNC Hospital Neuroscience Service Line, Associate Director of UNC Institute for Healthcare Quality Improvement, and Medical Director for UNC Medical Center Neuroscience ICU.

Dr. Olm-Shipman joined UNC Neurology in 2014 after completing her Doctorate in Medicine at Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine. She went on to complete her Residency in Neurology and Child Neurology and Fellowship in Neurocritical Care and Acute Stroke at Harvard Medical School Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital.
