A *NEW* Office of Scholastic Enrichment and Equity endeavor

The Office of Scholastic Enrichment & Equity is pleased to announce a new virtual program for all pre-health students. Each Tuesday at 6:30pm, OSEE will host an informational session on the following topics each Tuesday during the academic semester. Each week will feature a different speaker/speakers on the topic listed below. We are excited to help provide information, resources, and connections to the next generation of health professionals!

TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 2021 @ 6:30PM – MENTORSHIP IN MEDICINE

Each month our first Tuesdays will focus on “Professional Development for Professional School.”

We are delighted to begin our conversation with a focus on the importance of mentorship in professional development. Mentorship in Medicine will focus on how to find and engage mentors on your professional journey.

OSE2 Director, Claudis Polk, will be joined by UNC SOM fourth year student, Mr. Chris Okorieocha, to discuss their mentor/mentee relationship and provide insight to students on how to begin early developing professional mentor relationships for their journey to and through health professions school.
