Becton Dickinson LSRFortessa
The Becton Dickinson LSRFortessa is equipped with 5 lasers (355, 405, 488, 561, and 640nm) and can detect up to 18 fluorescent parameters. Its acquisition software is FACSDiva 8.0.1. The LSRFortessa is located in Marsico Hall Basement- B018.
Samples containing viable BSL-2 agents (or samples that could contain such agents but whose status is unknown) may be run on the Fortessa.
