Becton Dickinson FACSAria II (BSL-2)
The Becton Dickinson FACSAria II is equipped with 4 lasers (405, 488, 532, and 633nm) and can detect up to 13 fluorescent parameters. Its acquisition software is FACSDiva 8.0.1.
Samples containing viable BSL-2 agents (or samples that could contain such agents but whose status is unknown) may be sorted on the FACSAria II. Prior to sorting the investigator must complete the Biosafety form in the iLab Cell Sorting Request.
