Becton Dickinson LSR II (HTS)

The Becton Dickinson LSR II is equipped with 7 lasers (355, 405, 488, 532, 561, 594, and 640nm) and can detect up to 18 fluorescent parameters. Its acquisition software is FACSDiva 8.0.1.
Samples containing viable BSL-2 agents (or samples that could contain such agents but whose status is unknown) may be run on the LSRII.
