The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development, in partnership with the School of Medicine Finance and Business Operations team and Kenan-Flagler Business School, is now recruiting for the Making the Case Program.  

The Making the Case program is designed to assist participants with developing an idea that requires funding into a compelling proposal. Over the course of three sessions, participants will: 

  • develop and refine their idea  
  • explore key stakeholders 
  • receive coaching from leaders across the institution 
  • practice pitching their idea 

Any member of the medical school faculty or staff may apply. To be eligible, applicants must have an idea that they would like to develop into a compelling business proposal and commit to attending all sessions in full.
