Forbes has named UNC Health as #26 in America’s Best Employers for Company Culture 2026 – making us the only health care system in North Carolina to earn this recognition.
This is the second year Forbes has published this list, partnering with a research firm to survey more than 217,000 employees across the United States. Participants evaluated their company’s culture and responded to a variety of questions. The research firm also conducted its own research into organizations and used their findings in the final scores.
