2026 Annual Staff Summit
When & Where?
This year’s staff summit is returning to the Friday Center!
We look forward to seeing everyone on Sept. 28, 1-3:30 pm, for an afternoon of togetherness and celebration! Register or volunteer using the links below.
Why?
The summit is an opportunity for staff to come together to learn, reconnect and celebrate our amazing and talented teams.
Who?
All SOM staff, including SHRA and EHRA non-faculty, are invited to attend.
Staff who are UNC Health employees located in SOM departments are also welcome to attend.
Registration & Volunteers
Teammates may attend in-person or virtually. Register to attend the event HERE. Please note that for all in-person attendees, you must register before September 21.
If you are registered for the in-person event and your plans change, PLEASE return to the event registration and cancel your in-person registration so that we may offer your seat to someone else, as we expect to reach maximum capacity.
Volunteers
Staff who are interested can volunteer to help at the event by signing up online HERE.

Parking & Transportation
Parking is free at the Friday Center.
Free bus service is offered by Chapel Hill Transit System to visit the Friday Center. The FCX line provides express service; to explore other options and plan your bus trip, visit Chapel-Hill Transit.
