UNC and UNC Health require the same trainings. SOM employees have to complete them both on the University system and in LMS (for example, annual TB training ,etc.) It would be more cost effective if we just had to complete this training once and somehow that transferred to the other

SOM IT, along with SOM HR, is actively engaged in resolving a way to capture training and compliance to avoid duplicative efforts for our faculty and staff. Although we have a few hurdles that we need to address, we expect to resolve this issue before the end of the next calendar year (2020).
