The dates for the 2023 UNC Health teammate engagement survey are set for June 6 – 20. UNC Health entities across the state will participate in the survey.
To help promote participation, managers are asked to designate a teammate(s) for their work unit, department or functional area to be part of the survey squad (formerly called survey champions). Survey squad teammates can be individual contributors and they’ll devote about one hour per week to encourage teams to complete the confidential survey.
Once you have identified your survey squad teammate(s), please instruct them to log in for one of the WebEx training sessions below. Look for more survey information soon.
