The UNC School of Medicine’s Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development office has launched a professional development series offering a variety of skill-building workshops to bolster faculty success in academic medicine.
Each session will provide the building blocks to develop a superpower like time management, negotiation and communication, as well as a strategy to continue development after the session.
