FALD is offering travel scholarships for the AAMC Early-Career Women Faculty Leadership Development Seminar.
This event takes place on February 24-27, 2025, at the Ballantyne Hotel, Charlotte, NC.
Who should consider attending?
Women physicians and scientists with an appointment at an AAMC member school of medicine, with a minimum of two years of experience (Feb. 2023) as an Assistant Professor.
If you are interested in attending this seminar, please apply directly through the AAMC’s website. The application period will open in early October and will remain open for three weeks from the date applications open.
How do I apply for a travel scholarship once accepted?
Please reach out to the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development by emailing facultyaffairs@med.unc.edu with proof of your acceptance if you would like to apply for one of the travel scholarships we offer. At that time, we will ask you to submit a CV and a brief application to be considered for the scholarship.
