The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is excited to announce our Spring 2025 Leader as Coach session is now accepting applications.
The Leader as Coach Program is for faculty and staff in leadership positions who are interested in learning coaching skills they can incorporate into their day-to-day work. Participants will learn skills to help them engage in transformational conversations using coaching techniques. Participants will learn how to be present, listen deeply and use reflective inquiry to dive below the surface and help leaders solve some of their current challenges.
