Academic and CME/Grand Rounds requests for SOM classroom space for Spring 2026 are now being accepted. Spring requests will be due on September 22, 2025.

- Academic programs may use this form to request space for major program events or activities occurring in the semester of the request (e.g. Student Orientation, Graduation ceremonies, Match Day, etc.).
- Grand Rounds and CME events are encouraged to use this form entering the applicable information to ensure these programs are prioritized with other courses. We understand that they will not have course codes and section numbers, so you may leave those blank.
- Please do not request Roper Hall for courses/events outside of the MD Curriculum
