The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (FALD) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for two prestigious in-person leadership development opportunities designed to support faculty growth, strengthen community, and build leadership capacity across the UNC School of Medicine.
About the Programs
Leading Transformation in Academic Medicine (LTAM) supports mid-career faculty preparing to lead through complexity and change, while the Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP) provides early-career faculty with foundational leadership skills, confidence, and connection.
