The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (FALD) would like to announce that our Leader As Coach Fall 2024 cohort has successfully completed the program! In this 7-week program, 20 faculty and staff developed their coaching skills as leaders in the School of Medicine. Since Fall 2022, 107 folks have completed the Leader as Coach program.

Lauren Herlihy, DNP, RN, pediatric immunologist and IHQI scholar, has developed a clinical decision support (CDS) toolkit for early peanut introduction in infants to prevent peanut allergy.
