What to expect, depending on your work assignment:
- Basic science faculty and all permanent SOM staff in non-clinical departments will be asked six questions related to engagement with leadership.
- SOM faculty and staff in clinical departments will be asked questions related to feedback on patient and workplace safety in clinical spaces, in addition to the leadership engagement questions.
The survey is brief and is designed to be completed in just a few minutes.
