The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (FALD) has extended the deadline to apply for the Leading Transformation in Academic Medicine (LTAM) program to May 22, 2026. LTAM is a cohort based, in‑person leadership development program designed to strengthen leadership capacity, foster community, and develop faculty skillsets in leading through complexity and change in academic medicine.
About the Program/Eligibility
- Open to fixed-term and tenure-track faculty at the Associate or Full Professor rank
- Open to faculty across Basic Science, Health Science, and Clinical departments
- Leadership content spans disciplines and is designed to support the development of leaders across all areas of the School of Medicine
- Sessions will be held from 8:30–11:30 a.m. on Mondays, every two weeks from August through April, with additional sessions for program kickoff and wrap-up
